about

Channeling is strange business. I've always believed music comes from some far off, non-mundane river of consciousness that we sync with and diverge from for unknown reasons. As a life time lover of Baroque music and the lofty uncanniness of composers like Bach and Handel, it was fitting that a crisis time in my life would invite these large spirits into my creation space. lt produced Baroque works for string that echoed from a mighty past, but graciously allowed them to happen through my own head and my own creative voice. Through a wonder of technology that let me place them in the sound space of the breathtaking Ulm Cathedral in Munster, Germany, they literally came alive and leaped off the track. The music ringing off of the centuries old marble walls of one of Europe's most astounding sacred spaces has marked me for good. This is not arcane and mummified sound. This has a power and meaning that can reach down through the ages, and let both creator and listener know that you have been remade.

All titles include were written because this journey was one that was begun at a personal time of decimation, and through the process of creation and composition, was healed to a new life.
